Malcom Chapman

Mr. Chapman provides training in community relations support, leadership, and meeting facilitation. He is a gifted public speaker and brings an innovative and disciplined approach to building and sustaining relationships. His work provides an essential tool in achieving a strategic and competitive edge by improving individual inputs into group processes. Mr. Chapman’s draws upon his experiences as a Marine, a public speaker/facilitator, volunteer, and elected official to help find solutions to complex issues. As the founder and owner of the Chapman Group, an organizational communications-consulting business, Malcom designs and facilitates retreats, participates in vision and strategic planning, conducts coaching sessions, and delivers keynote addresses. His mission is “to convene individuals and groups of people in authentic, honest, and respectful conversations across difference.” His work is done in both the public and private sectors and across all generational spectrums. Over the past six years he has co-created and co-facilitated community engagements both in the public and private sector with Pamela Teaney Thomas.
