Explores how trust is cultivated through belonging and bridging. Leaders examine patterns of othering and practice habits that can foster connection, safety, and participation across difference.
Introduces family systems theory to help leaders understand congregations as emotional systems. Focuses on differentiation and non-anxious leadership in times of conflict, transition, and change.
Too often, our imagination for what counts as success is not formed by the kingdom of God. We need a new vision which shifts focus away from the distraction of average Sunday attendance to the making of disciples within context-specific missions.
