Course Description

In this course, we will reflect on how God meets the church through water, word, bread, and wine—and what it means to faithfully steward these gifts in the life of a local congregation. Along the way, we will consider both the theology and the practice of the sacraments: what Lutherans confess about them, how they shape the church’s life, and how ministry leaders can care for them with clarity, humility, and pastoral attentiveness. The goal is to grow in confidence as leaders who serve the church at the font and the table.
